Privacy Policy

This Policy explains what information HyperIndex collects when you use the website, subscribe to HEAT Check, join Telegram, or purchase a paid plan.

Information we collect

• Contact information: email address and any Telegram username or other details you provide for onboarding or support.
• Subscription information: plan, subscription status, transaction identifiers, billing country, and limited payment metadata supplied by Stripe. HyperIndex does not receive your full card number.
• Newsletter information: subscription status and engagement data processed through beehiiv.
• Usage and technical information: aggregate page visits, referring site or permitted campaign tags, approximate country, browser/system type, screen width, errors, and similar hosting or CDN logs. Analytics paths exclude query values, and URLs containing checkout references or unknown parameters are not sent to analytics.
• Communications: messages and support requests you send to us.

How we use information

We use information to provide and activate access, process and reconcile subscriptions, send requested alerts or newsletters, respond to support, secure and operate the Service, understand which acquisition channels work, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and disclosure

We share information only as needed with providers that help operate the Service, including Stripe for billing, Telegram for channel delivery, beehiiv for email subscriptions, GoatCounter for aggregate web analytics, and hosting/CDN providers. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.

Cookies and third-party technology

GoatCounter does not store analytics cookies, local-storage identifiers, IP addresses, full user-agent strings, or persistent tracker IDs. Other providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, or similar technology for checkout, embedded subscription forms, fraud prevention, and security. Blocking those technologies can affect checkout or embedded forms.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, including accounting, dispute resolution, security, and legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service is perfectly secure.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in each message, leave Telegram at any time, and cancel a paid plan through Stripe's customer portal or the support route in your receipt. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information. We may need to verify your request.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

International processing and changes

Providers may process information in countries other than your own. We may update this Policy as the Service changes. The date above shows the latest revision.
